SHIPPING, SALES TAX AND RETURNS Shipping The fulfillment warehouse for Atlanta Cooks is located in Gainesville, GA to facilitate quick shipments to the Atlanta area. Shipments are made during business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by the United States Post Office. Domestic Shipping Choices: Standard: Orders shipped via standard mail will normally arrive within 1 to 10 business days from the date the order is shipped from our fulfillment warehouse. Expedited: Orders shipped via expedited mail will normally arrive within 2 to 3 business days from the date the order is shipped from our fulfillment warehouse. Overnight: Orders shipped via Overnight will normally arrive by 3:00 p.m. the next business day from the date the order is shipped from our fulfillment warehouse. At this time, CityBooks Publishing does not ship web orders internationally, to P.O. Boxes or to APO/FPO addresses. If you cannot provide a domestic street address, please Contact Us to order via phone, fax, or mail. Shipping Rates:
Standard: Shipping is FREE. Expedited: Shipping charges for expedited mail are based on the weight of the order. The shipping charge is calculated during your checkout process. Overnight: Shipping is $16.49 per order + $3.49 per item included in the order. If you are a Corporate Customer, please refer to the specific Shipping Policy as per our agreement.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is applied according to the Shipping address and is applied to your purchase in accordance with applicable law. Sales tax is calculated based on the state and local sales tax rates. Sales tax is based on the total order cost, including gift wrap fees. Sales tax is also calculated on shipping charges in GA. Sales tax is added to your order during the checkout process. Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from CityBooks Publishing, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or a refund. We will NOT provide a refund for returned items that have been damaged or destroyed by neglect or misuse by the customer. We will NOT reimburse the cost of shipping for returns unless the return is for an item sent in error. Please mail your securely wrapped package back to us using the carrier of your choice. Please place the Return Label provided on your Packing Slip on the outside of your package.
